Welcome to week 8 of our 12-week personal growth plan. We’re spending four weeks on each the topics that are most impactful to your personal success. This is our last week on Fitness. We have talked about The Importance of Physical Fitness, Healthy Eating, Losing Weight and today we’re going to talk about how we get stronger. There are a number of approaches to get stronger. We dispel some myths and provided a recipe to get stronger through caloric intake and foundational exercises to keep it stupid simple.
